General Description
Inegöl Business Faculty (INIF) was founded in 2010 dependent on Uludağ University further to decree of Council of Ministers dated 04/08/2010 which was published in official gazette on 04/28/2010.The department of business administration in INIF began its formal education in 2012-2013 academic year and the education language is Turkish.
A student will have a bachelor’s degree in business science and is entitled to the title of administrator when he successfully completed department courses (240 ECTS credits) and also ensures qualifications of the department.

Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and obtained the required score in the student selection examination for universities.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
To have a bachelor’s degree in business science, students must pass all the compulsory and elective courses (total 240 ECTS credits) and also their overall grade point average must be at least 2.00 over 4.00.

Profile of The Programme
Business Administration is a field of study, which deals with the fundamental concepts and applications related to accounting, finance, marketing, operations management, and management information systems. Business administration is considered to be of critical importance in the rapidly changing national and global environment of public and private sectors. Therefore, the objective of the Business Administration program is to provide a well-rounded education by building upon student´s broad foundation in the liberal arts and by investigating major functional areas of business activity. The department of business administration aims to train human resource who believe in teamwork, suggest creative solutions, think globally and make use of planning, coordination, supervision mechanisms and human resources in the most effective manner through education in accordance with the most recent information related to the dynamics of customer- oriented enterprises. Moreover, the graduates are supposed to be ideal candidates to work as entrepreneurs, managers and leaders with intellectual and professional skills and the ability to compete in national and international platforms. The graduates have the opportunity of working as experts, researchers, supervisors and managers in departments such as Management and Organization, Marketing, Production and Management, Human Resources, Organization and Supervision in public or private sectors and in national and international enterprises.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Employment opportunities for graduates are as follows: Banks, SMEs, large size enterprises and in addition to private sector; high-level cadres of the public bureaucracy and public institutions as CMB, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Labour etc. As well as those who graduated from this program also can establish their own business as an entrepreneur.

Access to Further Studies
The candidates who have undergraduate degree can study in graduate programs in the field of business science provided that they got enough score from ALES and have sufficient foreign language knowledge.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
To register to classes and to have the final exam, each student must be continued for at least 80% of applications and 70% of courses. Students have at least one intermediate and one final exam for each course. The contribution of intermediate exam is 40% and final exam is 60% to success grade in each semester (the points from homework, laboratory exams, quizzes etc. can be evaluated for intermediate exam scores). All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Final exam are required to obtain at least 50 points. A student has received a letter grade AA, BA, BB, CB and CC is considered successful from that course. DC and DD letter grades are correspond to the conditional success. The student must have at least 2.00 CGPA to be considered successful in a course that he received DC or DD letter grade.

Graduation Requirements
To complete the program successfully all the courses (240 ECTS credits) must be passed available in the program and at least 2.00 CGPA is required over 4.00.

Our faculty began serving in its new building in the academic year 2012-2013 in Uludag University İnegöl Campus. Department of Business Administration faculty started its operations in this section with three asist. prof. and one research assistant. The classrooms were equipped with the technological products like smart board and projector. Also by its intensive industry facilities, our faculty accessing a busy teaching practice for students in Inegol.
