19 Objective of the Course: In this course, acquiring knowledge of students about emergence of international organization idea, variety of international organization and United Nations (UN)
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to learn about the emergence of international organization idea;
2 To be able to learn historical development of international organization;
3 To be able to learn about foundation and assignments of the League of Nations;
4 To be able to learn foundation and structure of the United Nations;
5 To be able to acquires knowledge about responsibilities of UN in preserving peace and security ;
6 To be able to acquires knowledge about the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Council of Europe ;
7 To be able to acquires knowledge about institutional and legal structure of NATO;
8 To be able to acquires knowledge about regional economic organizations;
9 To be able to acquires knowledge about sui generis organizations such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Arab League, The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. ;
10 To be able to acquires knowledge about non-governmental organizations such as the Amnesty International, the Human Rights Watch and the Greenpeace. ;

8 Regional Economic Organizations: the EU
9 Regional Economic Organizations: Southern Common Market, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf etc.
10 Regional Economic Organizations: North American Free Trade Agreement, Organization of African Unity etc.
11 Global Economic Organizations: IMF, World Bank, WTO, OECD etc.
12 Sui Generis Organizations: The Commonwealth of Independent States, Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
13 Sui Generis Organizations: The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Arab League etc.
14 Non-Govenrmental Organizations: The Amnesty International, the Greenpeace, the Human Rights Watch etc.
