General Registration Procedures

Academic year in Uludag University starts at the date determined by the Senate and ends at the beginning of the next academic year. An academic year is composed of fall and spring semesters. Each semester includes minimum fourteen weeks. Courses and midterm exams are carried out within each semester while the final exams are conducted in maximum three weeks following the end of the concerning courses.

The students who have been entitled to receive education in Uludag University prepare the required documents and enroll in each year within the announced dates. Proceedings relating to admission and registration to Uludag University are carried out by Uludag University Student Affairs Office.

The students who are entitled to receive education at Uludag University do their online data input by entering their passwords/codes with the help of guidance documents sent to their homes.

At the beginning of each year, students have to reregister by selecting their courses within the dates of academic calendar of Uludag University according to the Regulation of Associate and Undergraduate Degree. The students enroll in the courses before the beginning of each semester within the dates of the academic calendar the Senate defines and they can make changes in these courses upon their supervisors’ approval. The reregistration process of the students is complete only after they deposit their tuition fees/contributions to the accounts of Halk Bank Branch of Uludag University by stating their student identity numbers. The students must enter Student Automation System (http://ogis2.uludag.edu.tr/) with their passwords and complete their operations of selecting courses and reregistration.
