Aims of doctoral program are interpreting and analyzing complex problems in a simple way to gain, using an observation method in the field of health care information to uncover the mysterious, acquire methodological skills, figure out the pattern of the area of health data, dependence of the probability and chance to understand, to comprehend interpretive skills and develop statistical thinking, Develop communication skills in order to provide Statistical terminology.
