19 Objective of the Course: The purpose of this course, historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish education system, to grasp the legal basis, purpose, structure and functioning of the system, to know, management science, and theoretical and practical aspects of school management in the context of the organization

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to explain the historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish education system ;
2 To be able to know Turkish education system, purpose, structure and process ;
3 To be able to Understand human behavior in organizations.;
4 To be able to define leadership and management roles in schools;
5 To be able to participate resulted in the development of school development techniques and ways ;
6 To be able to receive predict and measure the causes of misbehavior.;
7 To be able to explain management theory, personnel management, student services, school management, and to know what should be done on the school-environment relationship;
8 To be able to develop a positive attitude towards school management and directorship..;
