19 Objective of the Course: Relationships with enterprises and institutions as well as its relations with the staff and sample documents and correspondence within the framework of the legislation by demonstrating the skill to maintain the framework of human resource management activities in compliance with the law.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Contract of employment legislation and make the appropriate nature of the work.;
2 Worker's rights and obligations during the course of employment contract and to have knowledge of the business.;
3 Work situations that arise during the process requirements, such as accident at work or be able to work overtime.;
4 Operating under the legislation bans and mandatory to have general information about employment obligations.;
5 Occupational health and safety measures to be taken against the possible risks and develop safe behavior models.;
6 Develop new models in times of emergency legislation in labor relations in the workplace.;
7 Termination of labor contracts, general information about appropriate places to have notice and compensation calculations.;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 Some basic concepts used in the Labor Law
2 Type of labor contracts, contract terms and provisions of the importance of shape
3 Depending on the nature of work to create the sample business contracts
4 Work overtime or working conditions are modified during the course of the worker and the notification procedures for the examination of the relevant institutions
5 Admonitions to the employee for various reasons, the process of taking the content and operation of defense workers
6 Human Resources department for taking measures in the workplace occupational health and safety investigation obligations
7 Job security (reinstatement), the process of investigation within the framework of legislation and practice
8 Emphasizing the important issues by evaluating the sample of cases reinstatement
9 The importance of workers' personal file and should be included in the documents
10 Informing and training employees in the field of occupational health and safety
11 Special groups (disabled, pregnant women, child labor, women) arrangements for the assessment of labor.
12 Special periods (periods of crisis) on short-drying process and notification procedures to give effect to working practices
13 Depending on the type of employment contracts and employment agreements to terminate the process of justification can be stressed
14 Upon the expiration of the contract for compensation calculations, and preparation of acquittance to give workers the working document
