19 Objective of the Course: To bring in music culture to students by processing music which is a global language under different titles and lecturing these titles without details.To able to add artistic value to their social and individual lives.To be able to make students well-supported in subjects like History of Classical Western Music and Classical Turkish Music,their important composers, samples of artworks and instruments used in both music types.Thanks to this to be able to provide socio-cultural improvement of the students and with this to contribute to the gaps of individual sense structure they lived in psychological means of society.

1 To provide students to gain General Music Culture ;
2 To contribute to the improvement of sensual and audio intelligence of students;
3 To add artistic value to the individual and social life of the students.;
4 To cognize historical periods of Classical Western Music and Classical Turkish Music.;
5 To provide to be knowledgable about the composers of Classical Western Music and Classical Turkish Music.;
6 To recognize the instruments used in Classical Western Music and Classical Turkish Music;

7 Mid-term Exam:To state students’ assignments
8 Consideration of Classical Turkish Music’s historical periods
9 Giving samples of composers of Classical Turkish Music.Telling their artistic identities
