To recognize contemporary problems of fiqh and gain the ability to solve new problems

Learning Outcomes:
1
To determine the main source of contemporary problems of fiqh by learning the basic concepts of these problems;
2
To learn the methods of solving problems of fiqh;
3
To recognize the activity of ijtihad as a problem-solving technique in the historical development;
4
To opine about solving methods of theoretical problems in Islamic law like qiyas (analogy), taqlid(imitation), talfiq and affiliation with a madhhab (school) of fiqh;
5
To associate the rules based on the nass with the solution of contemporary problems of fiqh;
6
To interpret the basic resources of contemporary problems of fiqh in terms of Islamic civilization;
7
To recognize the problems of economic life and the principles of stable economic relations;

To identify the relationship between the development process of medical science and technology and contemporary problems in Islamic law;

To learn how to approach controversial religious problems and research methods and tecniques about them;

To investigate the ways of meeting society and individuals with the religious values in right way and explain the role of religion in providing social order;
