1 Be able to analyze medical, psychological, educational and behavioral assessment tools. ;
2 Be able to explain the concepts and components of the measurement and evaluation ;
3 Be able to describe the types and features of the scale;
4 Be able to explain the objectives of evaluation process in special education ;
5 Be able to describe the differences between medical and educational assessment.;
6 Be able to list evaluation model and process in special education;

2 The concepts of criterion- referenced and norm referenced assessment, direct and indirect measurement.
3 The process of diagnosis in Turkey.
4 The process of taking notice, and the tools of screening.
5 Consulting the physician and the process of medical assessment.
6 Educational guidance research center, psychological assessment tools.
