19 Objective of the Course: This course aims to manage that students recognize the importance and the place of ESD and environmental education in social studies courses and relations between this two major subjects.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It is going to be useful for students to gain information and experience related to course.

1 To know the concept and historical progress of environment and sustainable development;
2 To explain the aims, components and key concepts of environmental education and Education for Sustainable Development program.;
3 To analyze of Social Studies Course Teaching Program (2018) in terms of environment and Sustainable Development topics.;
4 To evaluate the social studies course importance and contribution to environmental education and ESD.;
