3 | Fiqh of the characteristics, its divine and human dimension, finalist feature, its flexiblity, universality, its gradualism, its principle of convenience | |
4 | The emergence of the science of Fiqh, the fiqh in the period of prophet Muhammad | |
5 | The fiqh in the period of Sahaba and Tabi'een | |
6 | The school of Iraq and Hijaz, and division of Ahl al- Ra’y – Ahl al-Hadith | |
