19 Objective of the Course: To gain the knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the basic sources of Islamic law / religion in a proper and correct way.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Use of an appropriate understanding of religion in education and training
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To recognize the methodology of Islamic law formation, its development and resources ;
2 To notice the Quran and Sunnah as primary sources ;
3 To interpret the controversial issues related to hadith and Sunnah matters occurring in the historical period and today ;
4 To express scientifically the new problems arising in the field of theology by using Quran, Sunnah and other evidences related to them and produce objective data to society ;
5 To interpret the process of formation and development of Islamic thought ;
6 To develop the exchange and sharing of information of Islamic law with the other side branches depending on scientific discipline and scientific data ;
7 To learn Quran and Sunnah as main source of Islamic law ;
8 To understand the importance of public interest (maslaha) ;
9 To recognize the rules derivation method ;
10 To gain general information about matter of ijtihad ;

Week Theoretical Practical
1 INTRODUCTION: General information about the course. Introducing the resources and method of the course. The definition, systematics and function of usul al-fiqh. Usul al-fiqh treatment and methods of treatment. THE BOOK: The concept of the resource. Sources of Islamic Law. Source and method evidence. The definition of the book and the explanation of the definition. The general content of the book.
2 THE BOOK: The general content of the book. Word and meaning integrity. Ways to know religious rulings SUNNAH: Parts of the revelation. Sunnah's source value. Parts of the Sunnah
3 SUNNAH: Narration theory. Acceptance conditions of Âhad narrations. Visible and hidden disturbance in the rumor İJMÂ: definition and nature of ijmâ. Pillars of Ijmâ, condition and the capacity to participate in ijmâ.
4 İJMÂ: The basis, orders, decree, types, source value, position in the hierarchy of evidence and its current function The Sharia of the Previous, the Word of the Companions, the Behaviors of the People of Madinah
5 QIYAS: Requirement, definition, pillars, resource value and conditions of qıyas. İSTİHSAN: The idea of ıstıhsan. Istihsan's definition, resource value, types.
6 ISTISLAH and ISTISHÂB JUDGE: The systematic of the judgment issue. Who is the judge in Islamic law / The place of mind in the organization. The use of mind as a tool (Tafakkuh, re'y, ijtihâd, qiyas, istihsân, makâsıd)
7 PROVISION AND SECTIONS OF THE PROVISION 1: Definition and explanation of the provision. Parts of the provision / Proposal provision / Types of Wajib PROVISION AND SECTIONS OF THE PROVISION: Azima-rukhsa; Adâ-kadâ. Parts of the judgment / Provision the vad'î
8 MAHKUM FIH AND MAHKUM ALAYH: Definition of the "mahkum alayh". The concepts of liability and competence. Stages of competence. Compliance problems. Definition and conditions of "mahkum fih"
9 BETS OF THE WORDS: HÂSS WORDS: The place of the subject in the systematic. Hanafi words division. The definition of the word, its types, and its provision. Examples. BETS OF THE WORDS: AMR - NAHY 1: Definition of Amr, its necessity, signification, adâ-kadâ, Adâ types, Kadâ types.
10 BETS OF THE WORDS: AMR-NAHY 2: Husn-kubh (also mentioned in the mention of the judge), Definition of Nahy, its types, BETS OF THE WORDS: WORD OF THE ÂMM AND ALLOCATION OF THE ÂMM: Definition, provision of the Âmm. Examples. Allocation of Âmm word.
