19 Objective of the Course: To know the methodology of fiqh, the linguistic, conceptual, structural features and topics of the modern Usul-i fiqh texts and its difference from the classical
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It contributes to the recognition of the different characteristics of modern Usul al-fiqh texts from classical texts.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to comprehend the features of modern fiqh texts;
2 To have an idea about the concepts of Usul al-fiqh;
3 To be able to recognize the way the subjects of the Usul al-fiqh are handled;
4 To be able to learn about the sources of Sharia law;
5 To be able to distinguish the concept and types of al-hukm;
6 To be able to recognize the sources of modern Islamic legal thought;
7 To be able to establish a relationship between modern Islamic legal thought and the search for new methods in fiqh.;
8 Being able to recognize the common points between logic and ijtihad, the first type of fiqh reasoning method;
9 TTo be able to interpret according to today's conditions by taking the general systematic and functioning of usul al-fiqh as an example;
10 To be able to recognize the historical change and development of the scholarship of Usul-i fiqh based on the works;
