Objective of the Course:
To know the methodology of fiqh, the linguistic, conceptual, structural features and topics of the modern Usul-i fiqh texts and its difference from the classical

It contributes to the recognition of the different characteristics of modern Usul al-fiqh texts from classical texts.

Learning Outcomes:

To be able to comprehend the features of modern fiqh texts;

To have an idea about the concepts of Usul al-fiqh;

To be able to recognize the way the subjects of the Usul al-fiqh are handled;
