19 Objective of the Course: To know the methodology of fiqh, the linguistic, conceptual, structural features and issues of the Usul-i fiqh texts in depth
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Gives the ability to read and interpret the classical Usul al-fiqh texts.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To comprehend the properties of texts of usul al-fiqh;
2 To take an idea about the concepts of usul al-fiqh;
3 To notice the way of processing issues of usul al-fiqh ;
4 To acquire information on the sources of rule (hukm);
5 To distinguish the concept of rule (hukm) and its kinds;
6 To explain the abrogated rules ;
7 To comprehend the properties of primary resources Koran and Sunnah as a source of legislative;
8 To recognize the common points between the activity of ijtihad which is the first type of reasoning method of fiqh and logic;
9 To interpret the usul al-fiqh according to today’s condition taking an example its general systematic and functioning;
10 To distinguish the historical change and development of the usul al-fiqh taking into account the texts;
