Objective of the Course:
To learn and apply the features of scientific knowledge, to have information about the stages of scientific study, to construct and divide the structure of the scientific study, to obtain and apply information about the preparation, information gathering and writing stages of an academic research, to be able to obtain correct information from reference sources and can write

To provide students with a formation to be able to do scientific work.
To provide them with the ability to acquire and apply knowledge, knowledge and equipment to do academic work.

Learning Outcomes:

To be able to understand and evaluate the basic literature of Islamic law and ijtihad
;

To be able to review and evaluate national and international literature on Islamic law
;

To be able to compare and evaluate the knowledge of Islamic law and other legal systems concepts

To be able to present and discuss a research report.

To be able to offer solutions to the problems of the society related to Islamic law with the help of the general principles of Islamic law philosophy
