19 Objective of the Course: To learn and apply the features of scientific knowledge, to have information about the stages of scientific study, to construct and divide the structure of the scientific study, to obtain and apply information about the preparation, information gathering and writing stages of an academic research, to be able to obtain correct information from reference sources and can write
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To provide students with a formation to be able to do scientific work. To provide them with the ability to acquire and apply knowledge, knowledge and equipment to do academic work.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to understand and evaluate the basic literature of Islamic law and ijtihad ;
2 To be able to review and evaluate national and international literature on Islamic law ;
3 To be able to compare and evaluate the knowledge of Islamic law and other legal systems concepts ;
4 To be able to present and discuss a research report. ;
5 To be able to offer solutions to the problems of the society related to Islamic law with the help of the general principles of Islamic law philosophy ;
6 Using higher order thinking skills (e.g. critical thinking, problem solving, creative thinking, decision making, reflection) ;
7 To be able to think in connection with other Islamic disciplines ;
8 Having the ability to solve problems related to Islamic law and to write scientific works ;
9 Having knowledge about the basic methods of reasoning, the logical structure of the law and the general structure of the law ;
10 To have knowledge of Classical and Modern Islamic law and literature;
