19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to teach that define of real estate valuation and development; principles, methods, process and actors of real estate valuation and development; valuation – development relationship; structural planning factors in valuation and development.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course contributes to the awareness of the place and importance of building design in real estate development and to improve the current position of the architectural discipline in real estate development applications.
