19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is to learn traditional public administration approach and new public administration approaches and analyze Turkish public administration in the context of new public administration approaches.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Students learn new approaches in public administration, and the implementation of this approach in Turkey.

1 To learn traditional public administration approach and new public administration approaches;
2 To learn concept of new public administration, governance and new public management;
3 To learn ethics in public administration, crisis management and strategic management ;
