19 Objective of the Course: To examine the behaviors of individuals in the organization, to understand the problems of the employee and the organization in the organization and to offer solutions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It contributes to students' ability to produce solutions for psychological problems that employees in the organization may encounter.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Can define the organizational psychology.;
2 Understand the scope of organizational psychology topics.;
3 Can give information about the historical development of organizational psychology.;
4 It can give information about the meaning of working with a scientific psychological approach.;
5 Can explain the attitudes towards work of employees in organizations.;
6 It can carry out studies on the productivity criteria of the workplace.;
7 Can understand the change process in organizations.;
8 Can determine the appropriate motivation methods in the organization.;
9 It can produce policies that strengthen the satisfaction and commitment of the employees in the organization.;
10 Can produce proactive solutions to psychological problems that employees in the organization may encounter.;
