The Master of Health Administration (mha) Program without Thesis

Brief History
The non-Thesis Master Programme in management of health institutions included in the Institute of Social Sciences have implented in three semesters by International Business and Trade Department since 2015.Lectures are provided by the Faculty of Inegöl Bussiness. Lectures are Turkish.

The programme is subjected under Business department with 120 ECTS second level degree system. After graduation alumnus getmanagement of health institutions graduate title.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Student’s must take and be successful the lessons. In addition they must prepare term project successfullly to take the master diploma in management of health institutions

Profile of The Programme
The members of the department have devoted their selves to educate patriotic individuals who have global concerns, equipped with modern knowledge and culture; have abilities in communicating, researching, analyzing, coping with the problems, have leadership features, making research and have a duty to transfer the findings to the people in global standards. In this sense, the students are provided with the necessary abilities for their carrier plans both by compulsory and selective courses.

Key Learning Outcomes & Classified & Comparative
1. Being able to improve the basic knowledge acquired in the field of healty managament to the expertise level
2. Being able to evaluate and use the advanced level knowledge on healty managament that are required in experts and researchers who are much needed by the public and private sectors
3. Being able to analyze and resolve the problems encountered in the field of healty managament by combining the field knowledge with those obtained from other disciplines and to evaluate the findings of such analyses
4. Being able to plan, independently carry out and publish studies related to the field of healty managament
5. Being able to develop new strategic approaches and generate solutions by taking on responsibility in the practices of healty managament
6. Being able to make the critical analysis, synthesis and the evaluation of new and complicated ideas in the field of the healty managament
7. Being able to present current developments and own studies concerning the field of healty managament in oral, written and visual forms to those groups within and outside the public financial world.

Graduates are employed in the private sector with the Ministry of Health and hospitals, especially in the public sector

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Student should register for the courses at the beginning of the term and attend at least 70% of the courses to take the final examination. Students take at least one final examination for each of the courses during a term. All exams are assessed over a total of 100 point. To be successful graduate students have to get at least 70 from each courses. Students are successful if they get AA, BA, BB, CB and CC in graduate level courses

Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate from the program, it is required to pass all the courses in the program (equivalent to total 90 ECTS) and to be successful at term project.

Facilities
Each courses are lectured by 1 Professor and 7 Assistant Profesors who are experts at their fields. Intensive theoric and applied lessons will be provided by symposiums, congresses and panels at the variated fields and participators of them for students. Studies for the Semester Projects will be directed, provided and supervise by members of the teaching.
