Performing Arts Department Master Program with Thesis
General Description
The performing arts master´s program is an interdisciplinary program. It started education in 2019.
Performing Arts master program is under the system of second stage system wit its 90-120 ECTS credits. Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Master´s degree in Performing Arts.

Students are subject to the admission and registration conditions that will be announced on the website during the application period.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
In order to obtain a Master´s degree in Performing Arts, students must complete the compulsory and elective courses in the program with a score of at least 70 out of 100 and obtain a total of 120 ECTS. At the end of the program, students who defend their thesis work in front of a selected jury and successfully present their artistic work are awarded a Master´s degree in Performing Arts.

The program includes intellectual, creative and productive performing arts theorists, critics, playwrights, art directors, etc. who will create a dramatic repertoire that includes the stage, screen, radio and commercials, with the necessary courses including the principles that will form the basic qualifications on the theory of stage acting. intended for cultivation.

Access to Further Studies
Students who have successfully completed their master´s education can apply to Proficiency in Art / Doctorate programs to continue their education.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Evaluation is made by the end of the year exam.

Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate from the Performing Arts Master´s Program, it is necessary to pass all the courses available in the program and get a total of 120 ECTS and successfully complete the thesis.
