Bursa Uludag University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Coaching Education accepts students through the Special Talent Examination (ÖZYES) conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
The program is available 166.5 credits (240 ECTS) to successfully complete all the courses on a 4.00 weighted grade point average of at least 2.0 to obtain

Profile of The Programme
While applying a heavy syllabus in Sports Science, the program of the Coaching Education carries out an education plan to train them as a good trainer, expert or conditioner in the branches they chose. The education program of the department consists of compulsory and optional subjects related with coaching and general knowledge. The Students complete their apprenticeship in the relevant branches of the Sport Clubs in two semesters in order to gain experience before graduation

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
The graduates can work as a coach, a sport expert and a conditioner in the federations of the related sport braches, clubs and private primary schools, secondary schools and universities.

Access to Further Studies
Applicants , who complete bachelor degree successfully, can study at post graduate providing that they can get 55(%50) points in ALES examination, 50 points (%25) in Foreign Language Examination and 60 points in the Oral Examination and 65 points totally

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
In our department, assessment and evaluation methods and techniques are formed in two main sections:
Mid-Term Exams (% 40)
Theoretical Exams: Written + Oral
Applied Subjects: practice + Theoretic
Final Exams (% 60)
Theoretical Subjects: Written + Project -Homework (Oral and Written)
Applied Subjects: Practice + Theoretic + Project -Homework (Oral and Written)
All the exam evaluations cannot test the learning completely.
The testing and evaluation applications used are valid in the level of %60-70 when compared with the purpose and targets. .
