19	Objective of the Course:	Throughout this course, students learn the definition of communication, its importance, theoretical frameworks related to interpersonal relations, factors affecting communication, effective communication skills, communication barriers, causes of conflict in interpersonal relations and ways of coping, communication dynamics in the process of learning and teaching.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development

Learning Outcomes:

1	Being able to set up effective communication and describe attitudes preventing communication contentions.;
2	Being able to use communication process in roles and activities in the classroom.;
3	Being able to use open body language and knowing and exhibiting empathic accepting communication approaches;
4	Being able to use body language effectively in the classroom and in educational activities through verbal and written expression methods.;
5	Knowing the contribution of the concepts of emotion, thought, information and behavior to communication process.;
6	Knowing the contribution of education technology to professional development in developing communication skills.;
7	Acquiring the habit of exhibiting behavioral characteristics of effective teacher-student relationship.;
8	Being able to comprehend the importance of communication in parent- teacher-student communication.;
