19 Objective of the Course: Within the management psychology course aims to raise awareness of the students about the organization and human relations by examining the organization and system concepts. By examining the management psychology, organization and system concepts; complementary features of social organizations, the adoption of organizational roles, power and authority, information flow, the psychological basis for organizational efficiency, organizational change, organizational climate, the mean of psychological contract in organizations, human relations, organizational effectiveness and dimensions, system theory and organizational development methods aimed to teach.
