19 Objective of the Course: With the learning-teaching basic concepts, theories, methods, examine the first house, planned to work in a systematic way by getting the task, in line with national requirements, healthy / sick individual, family and community health, conservation, development, treatment and contemporary roles and functions that can use to undertake lifelong rehabilitee for Process training of nurses adopted.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning and training process, and analyze items. ;
2 To mentor students at Preparatory School. Cognitive, affective and psychomotor objectives for the writing areas;
3 Learning tools and techniques necessary to assess the requirement and critical to the outcomes.;
4 Association of education and training activities to prepare the content.;
5 Educational role in health or in disease awareness also. Accepting the need for employee training, and their development.;
6 Use effective presentation skills. ;
7 Analyze the variables that influence nursing education and learning.;
