19 Objective of the Course: Understanding importance of reading as comprehension skill and steps of reading ;teaching typers of reading and properties and provide to differentiate ; choosing texts used in teaching reading ; preparing comprehension questions from selected texts;applying method and technics of improving reading skill.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning definition of reading, and principles;
2 Knowing place and importance of reading in human’s life;
3 Knowing the importance of making them gain habit of reading and like and having knowledge about ;
4 Learning physical, memorial elements and importance of these in reading education ;
5 Having knowledge about reading method and technics and using them ;
6 Having knowledge and skill about how and when to use reading method and technics in Turkish lessons ;
7 Examining and improving own reading skills ;
8 Showing in application studies how to apply teaching reading in Turkish lessons ;
