19 Objective of the Course: A player candidate must have developed singing ability to play a role in melodramas and musicals So, t is a course aiming to develop the candidate’s technique and skill of singing song in terms of musicality and its purpose is to raise a player candidate who is also competent in singing a song.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Knowing the purpose of voice training.;
2 Knowing the extent of the necessity for a player to sing a song ;
3 Knowing the right breath technique;
4 Can apply breath-voice connection in exercises and songs;
5 Knowing polyphony;
6 Knowing the basic rules of singing a polyphonic song;
7 Can sing polyphonic (diafoni) song;
8 Can sing polyphonic soundtracks;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 The exercises of using breathe-voice connection in singing polyphonic song
2 Sequential, skip, octave sounds and exercises of legato and staccato with arpeggio
3 Voice exercises for natural and easy register transitions
4 Voice exercises easing to sing polyphonic song
5 Exercises for providing group harmony in singing polyphonic song
6 Articulation and exercises for using articulation in singing polyphonic song
7 Repetition of studies
8 General Assessment (Midterm exam)
9 Exercises of movement, jest and mimic in singing polyphonic song
10 Exercises of practicing jests and mimics on studied polyphonic songs
11 Exercises for underlying the importance of nuances in singing polyphonic songs
12 Exercises for hearing other groups in singing polyphonic song
13 Exercises for merging jests and mimics with exercises of nuances on polyphonic song
14 Repeat of studied polyphonic songs and singing them with piano
