19 Objective of the Course: To get the technical exercises and etudes in accord with the level, samples from the works of art of Turkish and world composers, examples of education music and the learning and teaching techniques in school music education with piano literature to be comprehended.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Able to play 4 octave gamut, arpeggio and octave chord inversions in 5 sharp tones. Able to play C major triad interval 4 octave parallel gamut.;
2 Able to play a work of a large form which is in accord with the level.;
3 Able to play a polyphonic work which has 2 or 3 notes and is in accord with the level.;
4 Able to play etudes in accord with the level and which include mixed techniques.;
5 Able to vocalize works of the contemporary period in accord with the period features.;
6 Able to accompany school marches.;
7 Able to attain the skill of playing in front of a crowd.;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 Recall of gamut learned in the previous term, etudes and works. Scales in B Major and G# minor tones, arpeggio and octave chord inversions.
2 C Major Gamut of triad intervals.
3 Etudes including different and opposite techniques of two hands.
4 Polyphonic works of art.
5 Decipherment and analysis of polyphonic works with 2 or 3 notes.
6 Works of a large form.
7 General evaluation
8 Decipherment and analysis of works of a large form.
9 Features of march accompaniment.
10 March accompaniment.
11 Turkish composers.
12 General evaluation
13 Decipherment and analysis of works of Turkish composers.
14 Reinforcing the pieces and etudes studied during the period according to the technical and musical features.
