19 Objective of the Course: The purpose of this course, historical and philosophical foundations of the Turkish education system, to grasp the legal basis, purpose, structure and functioning of the system, to know, management science, and theoretical and practical aspects of school management in the context of the organization

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to comprehend the basic assumptions and philosophies of management theories;
2 To be able to comprehend the structure, aims and basic problems of the Turkish educational system;
3 To be able to know the legal regulations that are the basis of Turkish educational system;
4 To be able to understand the importance and dimensions of leadership in school management;
5 To be able to explain the role and importance of human resources in educational organizations;
6 To be able to explains educational activities that the school administration is obliged to perform;
7 To be able to know the contents of student management in the school;
8 To be able to know sources of income of education To be able to comprehend the income sources of the school management;
9 To be able to acquire the relation between school and environment and its dimensions;
