Objective of the Course:
To acquire knowledge about the development of Turkish music during the Republic Era and the traditional music of Turkish states and related societies.

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
The course contributes to the student's professional development, to gain a general knowledge about the historical processes, periods, theorists and composers of Turkish music and important breaking points and to reflect these on their professional studies.
