Objective of the Course:
The purpose and scope of real estate appraisal, real estate appraisal methods, basic criteria to be taken into consideration in real estate appraisal, cadastral and zoned parcels, different building types, especially the appraisal methods and application examples of different real estates, and the changes in the economic conjuncture and depending on the credit housing sales system and the reflections of these changes and the authority and responsibilities of the expertise
