19 Objective of the Course: The purpose and scope of real estate appraisal, real estate appraisal methods, basic criteria to be taken into consideration in real estate appraisal, cadastral and zoned parcels, different building types, especially the appraisal methods and application examples of different real estates, and the changes in the economic conjuncture and depending on the credit housing sales system and the reflections of these changes and the authority and responsibilities of the expertise
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To create the necessary theoretical background in order to follow the studies on the valuation principles and process related to the profession.

1 Can comment on the main factors influencing value, social purpose and standards;
2 Can distinguish economic changes that differentiate real estate value;
3 Can examine physical and environmental factors that differentiate value;
4 Can examine the effects of public regulations on real estate value;
5 Land can determine land value;
6 Can detect the value of commercial real estate;
7 Can determine the value of residences;
