19	Objective of the Course:	The aim is for students to learn the types of pattern compositions, create their own pattern designs, and group and draw the inner molding from the edge decorations.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	Students can work on patterns they design as works of art.

Learning Outcomes:

1 Can analyze patterns prepared in rumi, rapport and geometric composition types.; 2 Can design patterns in rumili, rapport and geometric composition types.; 3 Among the edge decorations applied in decorative arts, zencerek, keyed zincerek, single thread, three thread rumi interlaces can be applied.; 4 Designed patterns can be applied onto tracing paper with a brush.; 5 One of the designed patterns can be worked in color (with the double engraving technique).;

2	Explanation of the areas of use of Rumi composition.	Making pattern design in Rumi composition.
3	Explanation of rapport composition type.	Analysis of rapport compositions
4	Explanation of the types of rapport composition	Continuing the same practice.
5	Explanation of the points to be considered in pattern design in the rapport composition type.	Designing patterns in rapport composition.
6	Explanation of geometric composition type.	Making pattern analysis in geometric composition type.
7	Theoretical explanation of the zencerek arasuyu from the edge decorations.	Application of the zencerek arasuyu from the edge decorations.
8	Theoretical explanation of keyed zincerek arasuyu from edge decorations.	Application of keyed zincerek intermediate water from edge decorations.
9	Theoretical explanation of single thread interlacement in edge decorations.	Application of single thread interlacing on edge decorations.
10	Theoretical explanation of the three-thread rumi arasuyu from the edge decorations.	Having the three-thread rumi arasuyu applied on the edge decorations.
11	One of the patterns designed during the year is selected to be worked in double tahrir style.	One of the patterns designed during the year was prepared in double tahrir style.
12	Paper and color selections to make the colorful clash of the pattern.	Preparation of colors to make a color match of the pattern.
13	Explanation of the points to be considered when applying the pattern in double tahrir style.	Having the pattern applied in double-tahrir style.
