19	Objective of the Course:	The aim of this course is to develop students' creativity and visual perception skills in line with the basic elements specific to design disciplines.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	To be able to comprehend the theoretical information about the elements and principles that make up the basic art and design and in line with this information applying surface studies with charcoal and colored materials ability to gain.
