19 Objective of the Course: With this course, students; to gain the skills and habit of expressing what they think, hear, see, experience, learn, know clearly, clearly, accurately and effectively; Conscious, correct and careful use of Turkish in accordance with the rules of speaking and writing; Develop the ability to express their feelings and thoughts effectively and clearly in front of a person or community, whether prepared or not; improve their ability to express themselves comfortably in business and professional life, to speak in front of the public, to make presentations; talking and solving problems they may encounter in business life; interpreting, evaluating and expressing verbally.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Graduates of this department will be able to communicate positively and in accordance with Turkish language rules with their colleagues, families and children thanks to this course.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Can express himself / herself comfortably and effectively in business life.;
2 Can define the basic concepts and terms related to verbal expression.;
3 Prepare oral / written texts by using thought sequencing and development techniques in various verbal and written expression types.;
4 Can use Turkish grammar correctly and effectively.;
5 He / she can apply diction techniques (breathing techniques, articulation, emphasis and intonation) to speak correctly, beautifully and effectively.;
6 He can use his voice and body language effectively.;
7 Can express his thoughts verbally by making prepared / impromptu speeches in and before the community; can evaluate his own speech.;
8 It develops feelings of self-confidence by acquiring the ability to express their ideas in integrity in business life and social environment.;
9 He / she can plan what, where, in what form and how much he / she will say by putting in order what he / she will say without distracting the subject.;
10 It can develop the characteristics of being believable and reassuring when speaking.;
