Objective of the Course: |
Objective of the course is, to evaluate situations/persons accurately and to make judgements considering ethical values; to gain the necessary skills to solve ethical problems that may encountered and to cope with these problems, by examining topics as, progress of professional ethics in law and especially judicial ethics in both Turkey and the other countries, judicial ethic systems in comparative law, the ideal foundations of judicial ethics, The Supreme Court Ethical Principles, evaluation criteria for principle and rules of judicial ethics, function and significance of ethics councils, for a lawyer. |
