19 Objective of the Course: Creative drama, which is a means of learning and acquiring knowledge through life, is the basic method of this course and its relationship with other fields and arts education will be discussed. In line with these contexts, the general aim of the course is; to enable students to experience the processes of improvisation that they create about events and situations by using theater and drama techniques in group interaction. In addition, through games and role playing, students gain behaviors such as harmony, confidence, communication, empathy, self-confidence, and effective communication.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It is thought that creative drama as a teaching method will make significant contributions to visual arts educator candidates in their professional lives. Through creative drama, which is an important tool in establishing interdisciplinary bonds, they will have the chance to understand the relationships of different art fields, adapt to an integrated structure with art, understand the roles of art and the artist, and experience how creative drama can be used as a teaching method.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to explain the concept of creative drama and basic concepts specific to this field.;
2 To be able to role playing in playful processes by using of theater techniques.;
3 To be able to explain the relationship between creative drama and arts through experience.;
4 In the creative drama process, students can make applications in the fields of kinetic, auditorial and visual arts.;
5 To be able to explain the basic techniques used in creative drama.;
6 Students develop in personality-oriented dimensions such as self-confidence, empathy, communication, harmony.;
7 Students learn about the important theorists of the creative drama field.;
8 Students gain the ability to work together in cooperation.;

7 The relationship between visual arts and creative drama. Creating dramatizations based on paintings
