19 Objective of the Course: To introduce new trends in linguistics, to analyze Turkish according to the data of linguistics.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To learn new orientations in linguistics and to gain competence to analyze Turkish according to the data of linguistics.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 They will learn new orientations in linguistics.;
2 They will learn about Ferdinand de Saussure's view of language.;
3 They will learn the concept of sign.;
4 They will realize that language is the system.;
5 They will learn to evaluate problems in Turkish grammar in line with developments in linguistics.;
