Objective of the Course:
Defining the human resource as a means and purpose of organisations. The characteristics of organisations as forming and covering human life. human resource approach in educational and school administration. Man's conflicts and disagreement as a member and client of organisations. Functions of human resource management (selection, improvement, maintenance, payment and retirement). Obstacles of practices in human resource management.
