19 Objective of the Course: To understand the principles of regulating individual business relations within the framework of legislation.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to comrehend the scope,scope of application and importance of individual labor law.;
2 To be able to understand the rules governing individual labor relations, evaluate, and apply their knowledge.;
3 To be able to understand the legal regulations in general guiding the Turkish working life.;
4 To be able to examine changes and policies in the field of labor law with a critical eye. ;
5 To be able to solve problems or events encountered in individual working relation.;
