19	Objective of the Course:	The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on basic concepts and principles of individual appraisal and to help them to use non-standardized techniques in student appraisal.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	This course provides students with knowledge and skills in recognizing and applying non-test techniques among the student appraisal techniques required for all preventive, devlopmental, remedial or crisis oriented counseling services.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To understand students appraisal techniques and the importance of non-standardized techniques in appraisal;
2	To know the characterictisc, types and ethical pricipals of standardized techniques.;
3	To categorize the non-standardized techniques.;
4	The knowledge of characteristics of non-standardized techniques.;
5	To understand technical qualities of non-standardized techniques.;
6	To select appropriate non-standardized techniques in individual appraisal.;
7	To arrange forms related to non-standardized techniques.;
8	To acquire the interpretation skill about the consequences of non-standardized techniques.;

7	Self-Report Techniques: Wish List, Unfinished sentences
8	Self Report Techniques: Survey
9	Self Resport Techniques: Questionnaires, Check Lists, Memory Records, Time Schedule
10	Sociometric techniques: Sociometry , Guess Who?/Who is this?
