19 Objective of the Course: İntroduce and apply some of the frequently used tests in settings and write psychological evaluation reports.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To apply evaluation methods in objective and projective ways. • To prepare an educational, professional and personal evaluation report. This course is also directly related to the School Counselor competencies. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of corporate and personal information. It provides information that helps students in their career and career planning and decision-making processes. It has an effect on strengthening the student's readiness in recognition and awareness of their development. They also learn to provide evidence-based information by learning the report preparation process.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 to be able to comprehend construct and usage of psychological tests.;
2 to be able to comprehend the fundamental concepts, theories, principles of psychological tests.;
3 to be able to comprehend ethical and professionalism issues in development of psychological tests. ;
4 to be able to select a test for a specific purpose;
5 to be able to recognize general intellectual development and different types of intelligence (individual and group tests) tests.;
6 to be able to recognize nad apply achievement tests, personality tests, ability tests and interest inventories;
7 to be able to recognize the types of different projective techniques.;
8 to be able to recognize and apply the types of different test which are used for infants and young children;
9 to be able to know the concepts of reliability and validity.;
10 to be able to write psychological evaluation reports.;

1 The configuration of the course. What is a test, fundamental concepts, theories, principles? How did testing develop? History of psychological tests. İntroduce WISC-R and explain with application
2 Validity: definition of validity Reliability; definition of reliability; Ethical and professionalism issues in Testing. İntroduce WISC-R and explain with application
3 Description of ability; Intelligence testing; definitions of intelligence; Individual intelligence tests; group intelligence tests İntroduce related tests and explain with application
4 Wechsler and WISC-R scales. İntroduce related tests and explain with application
5 Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale İntroduce related tests and explain with application
6 Leiter International Performance Scale İntroduce related tests and explain with application
