19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is the basic principle of labor law and rules regulating the relations between individual work on the perception to create a comprehensive.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It has a contribution towards creating a basis for the development of students' professional skills related to labour law.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to comrehend the scope,scope of application and importance of individual labor law.;
2 To be able to understand the rules governing individual labor relations, evaluate, and apply their knowledge.;
3 To be able to understand the legal regulations in general guiding the Turkish working life.;
4 To be able to examine changes and policies in the field of labor law with a critical eye. ;
5 To be able to solve problems or events encountered in individual working relation.;
6 To be able to reach a certain consciousness about establishment of the individual working relationship, organization and implementation;

4 Obligations arising from labor contract 1:worker's obligations
5 Obligations arising from labor contract 2:employer's obligations
6 Termination of the labor contract 1: Termination of Labor Contract with General Reasons
7 Termination of the labor contract 2: Termination of Labor Contract with Termination (Midterm Exam)
8 Termination of the labor contract 3: Termination of labor contract who covered by Employment Security
9 Termination of the labor contract 4: Termination of the Labor Contract through no notice of termination
10 Legal Effects of Termination of Labor Contract.
11 Organization of work 1: Working Hours, Compensation Work and Night Work
