19	Objective of the Course:	Recognising and performing Turkish folk music repertoire by the way of selected pieces.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	It provides the background for theoretical studies, performance and knowledge gained in Turkish music in terms of practice and theory.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To be able to provide execution skills of Turkish Folk Music genres;
2	To be able to transmit Turkish Folk Music to the next generation;
3	To be able to recognize Turkish folk music performers in local, national or international level, to comprehend style and attitude characteristics, to be able to blend these features with their own musical act.;
4	To be able to provide research skills in a variety of sources or regional characteristics.;
5	To be able to reinforce information about Turkish folk music sound system;
6	To be able to analyze Turkish folk music repertoire on selected works;
