19 Objective of the Course: Teach to general properties of the novel and the story of the Servet-i Fünun period, monitor the development of these species by analysis of short stories and novels, compare with the previous period, "Style" to introduce the concept in practice, study of novels and stories to teach the method. Teach to popular Literature and representatives, Literature of Servet-i Fünun novels draw conclusions by comparing with the Popular Literature novels. Novels, short stories give a reading habit and taste, Knowledge obtained from research, information obtained to demonstrate effectively through written and oral expression, examine literary texts with a critical eye, grasp the importance of style in the art of fiction, establish a connection of period-literary work-literary personalty
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To learn the general characteristics of novels and stories in Servet-i Fünun period and the methods of novel and story analysis.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Event clearly determines the functions of persons, describes the characteristics and the relationship with each other.;
2 Novel and interpreting the story up to date.;
3 Describe the relationship between novel and written in the period.;
4 Discusses the theme of the novel and literary value.;
5 Understands the work’s place in literary history;
6 Determines the way of telling how in the realist novels.;
7 During this period won literary texts according to their moments of technical maturity.;
8 Compares Servet-i Fünun literature with novels written in earlier periods.;
