Objective of the Course:
To understand the characteristics of childhood development. Within the scope of this course, it is aimed that students will be able to comprehend the general characteristics of childhood, developmental tasks, and developmental problems specific to the period. Among the targeted goals, the development characteristics of the individual and the acquisitions of the factors affecting this development are in question.

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
Evaluating the developmental stages in a scientific perspective requires adapting the information to social life. Students gain the ability to look at and evaluate the problems faced in educational settings and daily life from the perspective of the development levels of the individual.
