19 | Objective of the Course: | To gain basic behaviours in playing piano; finger exercises, scale and cadence exercises, staccato and legato technique, sight reading exercises, contrary motion and parallel scales and five finger exercises; to comprehend the methods that would be followed while practicing etudes and pieces; To apply dynamics, phrasing and doing applied studies to, to play etudes and pieces appropriate to his/her level. |
