It contributes to the development of knowledge and strategies about word learning and teaching. It contributes to developing effective material for teaching vocabulary.

Gain the ability to evaluate English vocabulary types, word formations and different meanings of words in context;

To have knowledge about teaching and learning strategies that support vocabulary learning;

Developing skills to teach English words with an integrated language skills approach;

Being able to analyze the relationships between English vocabulary, semantics and discourse;

To have knowledge about the elements of vocabulary teaching in the classroom, various text types that can be used in the classroom, resources such as glossary and corpus, and vocabulary teaching techniques;

Gaining awareness about exams and various online assessment tools that can be used to measure English vocabulary;
