Objective of the Course:
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge about:
1.recognition of the concepts of religion, culture and ethics.
2. explaination the relationship between religion and culture.
3. explaination the origin and history of religion.
4. explaination the distinctive features of religion.
5. explaination the relationship between religion and people.
6. Able to classify comparative between religions.
7. To reveal the authenticity of Islam.
8. recognition the concept of belief = faith.
9. how to know the conditions to faith.
10. understanding what the basic principles of Islam is.
11. Ability to learn the definition and application forms of worship.
12. explaination the social and psychological benefits of prayer.
13. understanding the principles of ethics and the principles of morality on the individual and society.
14. to know the basic values of life and their significance.
15. examination the curriculum of Religion and Ethics for 4. and 5. Grades.
16. Presentation of appropriate approaches to the academic program of Religion and Ethics.

View of Islam about the source of the religion. Primitive religions, national religions: Hinduism-Buddhism.

Islam, the life of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.v). That the universal qualities of Islam.

What is Iman (faith)? Principles of belief in Islam: Faith in God, angel faith, belief in the Book.
