19 Objective of the Course: Various countries' education and school management systems, processes and describe the results, education management practices and management of institutions by making use of different countries. to contribute to development,
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Education and school management, problems encountered in practice in the field, the structure and functions of educational organizations, strategic decisions and education policies in the field of education, Improving perception and understanding on education systems and management practices in different countries.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Will be able to learn the theory and applications used in the field of educational administration.;
2 Will be able to follow national and international publications produced in the field of education management.;
3 Will be able to comprehend the basic features of the scientific research process.;
4 Education and school management will be able to realize the problems encountered in the application in the field.;
5 Will be able to analyze educational organizations in terms of structure and function.;
6 Will be able to analyze the strategic decisions and educational policies made in the field of education in terms of policy makers, researchers and practitioners.;
7 Turkey Education System that dominated the political, social, historical, cultural, economic and international developments will be able to know.;
8 Will be able to discuss managerial competencies to lead educational organizations.;
9 Will be able to have information about the education systems and management practices of different countries.;
10 Will be able to evaluate an existing problem in the field by using scientific research methods.;

1 Examination of basic resources on educational administration and comparative education
2 Considerations in examining the education systems of various countries
3 Definition of management of comparative education and its difference from neighboring pedagogical branches
4 The historical process of comparative education management
5 Research approaches, methods and types in comparative educational administration
6 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and the German education system
7 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and the Finnish education system
8 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and the South Korean education system
9 Presentation of a comparative examination of the Turkish Education System, which will be evaluated as a mid-term exam, and the education system of a European / Asian country
10 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and a Canadian education system
11 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and the Japanese education system
12 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and the education system of a Far Eastern country
13 Comparative study of the Turkish Education System and a UK education system
14 Presentation of the Turkish Education System, which will be evaluated as the final exam, and the education system of a European / Asian country comparatively.
