19 Objective of the Course: To explain the management of education systems with the concepts of education and management, to know the problems of educational administration, to know the competence areas of the educational manager, to develop a positive attitude towards
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Students taking this course know the theories and approaches in educational administration and interpret educational management practices according to theories and approaches.

1 Knows and explains the areas and dimensions of Educational Administration such as leadership, motivation, communication, change.;
2 Knows the concepts related to education and management.;
3 Knows management theories and explains their relationship with each other.;
4 Knows and explains the qualifications of the education manager.;
5 Explain the relationship between theory and practice in educational administration.;
6 Knows the problems related to the management of education and creates solutions.;
7 Knows practices of school manager training in Turkey and the world.;
