19 Objective of the Course: It aims to provide information about educational institutions and education systems of all types and levels of the Ottoman state.

1 Knows the historical foundations of Ottoman education.;
2 Recognizes the educational institutions of the Ottoman period.;
3 Gains knowledge of the development process of educational institutions in the Ottoman period.;
4 Knows the educational programs and processes of the Ottoman period.;
5 Understands the reasons for the stagnation and decline in education in the Ottoman period.;
6 Understands the structure and institutional features of education system of the Ottoman period;
7 Gains knowledge of the last period education system improvement studies in the Ottoman Empire.;
